Owner Specific Information:
(Specific Strata Lot information, visible only by the Owner)

This area displays the owner’s information on file with the Strata Plan, including contact information, strata lot, suite, parking stall(s), locker(s) and Fob(s).
Owners are capable of selecting eMail Notifications – selecting “YES”, will reduce maintenance costs, by saving on mailing fees. Owners can receive bulletins, and monthly minute notifications via email.
Owners can also edit the following information; Phone, Phone (Work), Phone (Cell), eMail, E-Mail Notifications: Yes or No. If the owner is a landlord, they will also be able to enter their “mailing address”.

Elevator and/or Meeting Room Reservations:
Owners, Strata Council, Resident Managers, Property Managers are able to reserve an Elevator or Meeting Room with ease simply by :
- Selecting Elevator Calendar or Meeting Room Calendar to view & confirm availability
- Selecting Elevator Reservation or Meeting Room Reservation to make a reservation
- Entering requested information in all fields
- Pressing SUBMIT
- 'Request Sent' appears, to confirm that email has been sent
- A reservation request is sent to the Strata Council and cc’d to the requestor, for their records. Note: The request is not approved until he/she receives a return email from the Strata Council acknowledging approval of his/her request .
Resident Manager Daily/Monthly Duty Calendar:
As we all know the resident manager of any large scale building is generally pretty busy. With PropertyHub all of his/her duties are outlined and can be added to a calendar so that they can manage their time in a timely fashion. Totally changeable, this feature makes it easy to add/edit/delete. It is also viewable to owners and Property Managers so that they may also know what is being done in their building.
Suggestions or Complaints:
These are covered as well. The Project Manager will field these and they receive them convienently by email. The complainer/suggestion simply needs to go into the form and fill it out, the email is routed to the correct person and handled from there.
Customizable Colors/Logo/Text:
Although PropertyHub has a standard look and feel, you can choose your own colors and logos/pictures that best represent your building. You also supply your own description of your building so that it can be represented by the people who know it best.
Full Administrator Access:
PropertyHub comes with full administrator access, which includes reports, minute/bulletin/bylaw etc. upload capabilities. As administrator you have unlimited access to edit owner, strata council, property manager information, and much more.
128 bit Encryption:
PropertyHub uses a login to access all of the content contained within. Many users may feel unsure about this, with PropertyHub you are pratically worry free. It uses a 128 bit special encryption code so that passwords are safe. The passwords are case sensitive, which makes it even more secure. The login could even use https if one is available, to make it that much more secure.
Email Routing:
This system is setup with a standard email routing system, all necessary information gets routed to the correct person(s) automatically. This, along with some other features are customizable to meet the customers needs.
