Included in our fees:
- Setup of the webware on your host site via FTP (if you have one)
- Upload of all suite/owner/property manager/resident manager information
- Initial training (train the trainer) session
- Renaming of nameservers (if needed)
- 3 months of free support (may include bug fixes, 'tune-ups', questions)
- Customization - colors, logos, text
- Documentation
PropertyHub webware is a stable product and once installed, tested and running after a period of one month, no further maintenance should be needed for the product. There maybe further upgrades available for the product, but will not be included in the price. You (the customer) are required to maintain your own site. Record keeping, calendar changes, new strata members, etc. can be performed by the administrator of the site, and will not be performed by PropertyHub staff. PropertyHub staff will not be responsible for downtimes as we do not host the site, once installed on a web host, you (the customer) take full responsibility to ensure your site is working, this may include speaking with support for hosting site.
PropertyHub webware is not a building management system. PropertyHub staff is not responsible for any issues that may arise from unintended use, including data that may be lost/corrupted etc. PropertyHub webware is designed to supplement existing strata council, property manager, resident manager and owner relationships and is not intended to be relied on as a full building management program and should not be used as a property manager replacement. Any unauthorized use may lead to lose of use of product or license.
